It's not working for me on desktop nor mobile with different browsers.
I've spoken with a rep on the phone who's confirmed there's no issue
with my account and it's technical in nature. Please fix ASAP.
An eBay rep I spoke with said it's been a well-known and ongoing issue
for weeks - yet, without warning, they still let sellers use the service
knowing there's a high probability it will fail. Terrible.
