Buyer in canada trying to buy my item, they get a popup saying
unfortunately seller does not ship to your location, which is not
correct.. WHat is causing this. Calling ebay is a joke, they have
absolutely no idea what to do.
I am no longer getting a Ca-Ching noise once sales are made.. I have
reset the app as normal if i have had this issue in the past, and still
has not changed anything... Anyone else having the same experience.
Went to go list items as i normally do, and when i find a similar item
online, the option on your phone when you scroll through the item to
sell similar, the tab that usually is there to sell similar item is not
there anymore, and no option on the ph...
it started happening about 4 days ago, and its still not fixed.. I am
completely unable to promote my listings on my desktop. and am able to
promote on my phone but can only do 1 at a time which is pitiful.
Same at 12:41 am I just listed 50 plus items, went to promote, and
getting error.. all my sales for most of the week were all organic. and
i have plenty of listings on ebay.. All promoted. Obvious technical
errors with promoted listings this week.
Having the exact same issue, have had multipule sales today, and my
money made is not updating, still showing very low money when i made way
more.. This is a problem that i have never experienced before, and seems
to be one that they need to get fixe...
Its your fault.. You need to thoroughly describe what you are selling..
Buyers can complain about whatever they want, ebay sides with buyers
100% of the time with issues they have, and you have to accept the
return or refund.. just do better with you...
