Spinning Blue Loading Icon?

Every picture I open now has this spinning blue 'icon' which never stops spinning. Anyone else? Also the ebay app often has the blue circle arrow icon for longer than it seems that it should. Are these issues related? Thanks

Are the product details not working right now?

Variation photos not showing in app/Chrome/Edge, BUT show just fine in Firefox/IE/other browers.

What's with the spinning circle on all pictures. Only recently started. Most annoying. What's the issue

Featured items not showing in my store
