why do my categories in MyStore say undefined?

I went to look at the categories in my shop and they have all been replaced with "undefined". I checked manage mystore and everything is OK there. I changed between chrome, Firefox and even bing but they all showed the same any help would be great.

In my case it seems to happen when I request an invoice for combined shipping. After paying, one of the items still shows unpaid. I contacted the seller and they don't see the unpaid item on their side. Just a glitch but it's very annoying.
