By now, everyone who buys or sells knows of the technical issues. My
question, will eBay be refunding us money? Will they cover my losses? I
had 8 auctions alone last night that ended with just one bid, and all of
those were bids that happened BEFORE...
Quite honestly, I don't care who created the tax laws or who altered
them, for a hobby collector like me, most don't make any money, in fact
when it comes to hobby collecting, most times you take a loss. Most
don't save receipts when items are bought...
Yeah, so what? So are you going to say that you have never sold an item,
be it yard sale, private car sale, ebay sale, etc that you "didn't pay
taxes" on? Seriously? There may be a great many people that sell on ebay
that make a huge amount of money ...
An small update to my original posting for the sellers that got shafted
because of the glitch yesterday. After calling eBay and spending about
10 minutes and being handed off to 3 different customer service reps,
the third Rep said that what happened...
