Requesting a total from a seller works maybe 5% of the time...

"We're sorry, but we can't complete your request right now. Please visit shopping cart and go to request total page again." The request total feature works only occasionally & they don't seem too interested in fixing it.

Issue with Bulk Editing - Buy It Now price / Lower By $ - auto populates at $0.99

For the past two days when I go to Bulk editing to lower my prices, it auto populates at $0.99 and will not let me go below this amount. We have been utilizing Bulk editing to lower our prices by $0.50 for several years. Please advise !
