Sale Wont Start and Stuck in Processing

Im having several issues. I started a sale and it wont launch just keeps saying processing for over 15 minutes. Also all of my listings keep disappearing and reappearing and anytime i try and do anything I keep being asked to sign in at every step

eBay Shipping Down

I can’t generate shipping labels and am not seeing new traffic to listings. Quite concerning.

Unable to creat shipping label. No available options.

I am unable to create a shipping label for my item to be shipped. Page loads without any shipping options to select and states no service selected. I need to ship my item so I do not get penalized. Where are the options?

Why am I only able to view the first page only? I usually shop in the auction category and not matter what my search is ...... clothes/shoes/Lego I can't view past page one. So frustrating.
