I can get to the unsold listings page, however when I click on the
action box it does not select any of the ended items. Also, if I check

I am unable to create a shipping label for my item to be shipped. Page
loads without any shipping options to select and states no service
selected. I need to ship my item so I do not get penalized. Where are
the options?
