Every UPS Ground shipment I try and make I am getting an error "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label". I have tried on PC, Mac, and the app and all give the same result.

Not able to see item descriptions

Not able to see the description of items. This is a bad issue that can cost a lot of sales. Instead of seeing item description it asks you to verify with the pictures but even after you do that no descriptions I hope this issue is solved quickly.
