I am unable to buy it now or place item in shopping cart. It just
doesn't move to the pay page.Is anyone else encountering this problem? I
also did not receive any restricted or suspended account email.
Somehow, magically, this morning, the transaction could be completed and
it went to the payment page. Thank you for your support and assistance.

Tested a few other items and for the low priced items, it goes straight
