Buying playing games

I have an individual that wants me to contact them outside of eBay. I refuse to do this. I just canceled in order with this very same issue it says if I cancel it. I’m not able to relist my item. That’s not fair. I’m not the problem. What can I do?

secure connection failing cannot access eBay site

This has been going on since this morning. Cannot access eBay at all, cannot sign in. I tried using Microsoft Edge and Firefox, but they both give me the same error message ~secure connection failed~.

Printing 2 Per Page on 8.5 x11 when its set up for 4X6

Is anyone having issues with ebay printing 4x6 labels? I can print single labels on ebay and bulk labels on every other platform. But when I go to bulk ship on ebay they print out two per sheet on an 8x11 even though I have it set up for 4x6 on ebay....
