Resolved! Can't Purchase Shipping Label

Someone purchased an item and I can't purchase the shipping label. It says, Technical Difficulties, Please Try Again Later and has a triangle with an exclamation point in it.

I am unable to invoice. Keep getting error issue to try again. Also informed by a successful bidder that he tried to bid on several of my lots for 15 minutes this evening and could not place a bid resulting in the pins selling for a lower price.
