Listing tool doesn’t show estimated shipping price for calculated shipping - still not working

Anyone else having this issue? When listing an item and putting in weight and dimensions it does not show calculated shipping price range. ebay said they fixed this technical issue but its apparently still broken.

Payout error - cannot see results

I received my payout yesterday 6/13. I have not been able to view it. This is what I see: It's not you... it's us.... our server is down etc.... This has been going on for over 24 hours.
