Photo wont upload

I have tried to upload a photo of a product I have that arrived damaged.

It is JPG, I have taken several, none seem to upload.

All are 3mb or less in size.

The error message relates to the file format, which it is a jpg.

I have taken several photos all fail.

I have tried taking a screenshot of the photo and resaving it (as jpg) to make the file size 130kb, still fails.

Solved: I reset browser and disabled extensions, uncertain if it was the browser reset or extensions that solved the problem.
