CAN'T SEE MY PROMOTED LISTINGS. BRINGS ME TO A PAGE THAT SAYS CREATE YOUR FIRST CAMPAIGN. WELL IF I DON'T HAVE ANY PROMOTED LISTINGS ON RIGHT NOW, I SHOULDN'T BE GETTING CHARGED A PROMOTED LISTING FEE THEN.
