The listing tool is broken for eBay Motors Car & Truck Parts &
Accessories sellers. After saving a draft & reopening it, the
compatibility field is gone.Changing the category to a different one and
back again causes the compatibility field to reappea...
Doing a simple search for my items in Edge browser brings up only
results from other sellers, not mine. If I do the same search in Chrome
browser or the Ebay mobile app, my items do appear. What's going on
here?
In the Active Listings screen, to the left of the item, click Restock,
or click the pencil icon in the Available Quantity Field to increase the
quantity. Both of these methods restock without creating a new listing.
You're right. I have posted about it and got the same reply. I've only
been on this forum twice and both times it's the same person saying they
have no problem, it's a problem on my end, the site is working perfectly
fine, etc...
