I have a 2 day window for handling time in my business policies but seller hub says to ship in 2 wks

I've reported this now for 6 wks. . Items sold today ( 8 / 23) should be shipped by 8 /25 , but in the seller's hub says Sept 5. Also the delivery dates are also way off by adding the extra 2 wks. My business policies: chose Ground Advantage w/ 2 day...

When scrolling thru a msg, the app will autoscroll to the bottom. Very irritating and counterproductive. Can you get rid of autoscroll ? What purpose does it serve ?
