Photo Uploading Issue

I cannot upload photos using eBay app currently. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I cannot buy anything off ebay. I can only see one photo of a item. I cannot buy it now make offers. Nothing. It comes up on the screen from ebay "it is us not you" our server is down. This is the 4th day now.
