Wrong Sales tax charged 7.4% for Maine which is 5.5%

Bought items just before and after date of this purchase with correct Maine sales tax of 5.5%.Seller stated charged by eBay.FYI There is actually no state charging 7.4% sales tax.

Alert 15114

Blue Photos

when i view a saved sellers pictures they are all blue. Its like they are highlighted but I am unable to change them. Ive clicked in empty spaces on main page, sellers page, and individual listing to no avail.
