sellected wrong eBay cancelation reason

what do i do i sellect the wrong reason and now have to pay a refund even though the payment was agreed on both parties to be cancelled

5 Sold items showing as Unsold!

buyers cannot purchase on mobile app

buyers are told that my items are unavailable on the mobile app and are prompted to go to the desktop site ebay says that buyers need to log a ticket but i cannot tell if this is intentional or a backend issue that’s being worked on

Can't list items

I have been trying to list items for about a half hour. Whether I try to "sell a similar item" or start a new listing, when I get to the selling page, it loads halfway and then will not load any further. I am not having issues with any other websites...

Listings disappearing from Seller Hub

This morning I had 850 items listings and now a few minutes later I only have 832 items listed. Every time I refresh the page it goes down by one listing. Where did my listings go??

My listing was not categorized properly. It is listed as dealer not private seller.

My car shows as sold by Dealer and I am a private seller. How do I correct this? There is no edit correction button.
