Been experiencing this for about 2 months as well. Report it at least 20
times, nothing, no response. Back to eBay not caring about sellers.I

After a little research... The 50 grants are across 20 different
advertising companies. Including Verizon...it's not limited to eBay
companies and eBay is probably on putting in a small portion of the
money split between these companies rather than j...
My workaround was to save the image, drag it to a new Word document and
then rotate it. Time waste but works. Thanks again eBay for taking
something that works perfectly well and then ruining it. Anticipating
more of the same in 2019...as it's happen...
