Resolved! 2X7 USPS Label Printing Issue

I use USPS 2x7 labels for 99% of my items. Recently had to use UPS for a large item and that must be a 4x6 label. Now, Im back to USPS and even though 2x7 is reselected, the label I receive when I purchase is a 4x6 label. How do I fix this?
