Advanced search - item location pulldown menu

In Advanced search under "Item location" both the 'located in' and 'available to' pulldown menus immediately default back to Afghanistan when you choose another location. Please advise.

I type out my descriptive title and when I go to continue, it has reverted to the last item I listed

Has anyone had the same experience? I don't always catch it, I look later and somehow the wrong item title is on the new item.
