Not sure if this is affecting anyone else, but I've had three simultaneous issues occur:
1. Two recently sold auction items (last 3-4 hours) are not showing up anywhere--not in sold items, paid & waiting to ship, active listings, eligible to relist, etc.--just totally disappeared (although they had bids on them and would have closed about 3 - 4 hours ago0.
2. About 110 items that would normally have automatically relisted did not automatically relist (and they were eligible--it is not the case that they ran out of automatic relists or something like that) in the last 24 hours.
3. There is a discrepancy in my active items numbers between the Seller Hub total and My eBay Selling total, and the Seller Hub total makes no sense (since it would imply that about 40 of my items have just disappeared, without being sold, unsold, active, etc.)
I think that all three problems might be interrelated, and might have something to do with a database being out of sync or something (just a guess), but it would be nice if this could be resolved sooner rather than later.

When the same thing happened in the past, this was the workaround:

Hello. Yes, numbers 2 and 3 you mention have been happening to me lately as well. I did contact eBay support and let them know. I was told by the representative that others were experiencing this as well. Hopefully, they will resolve the problem soon.

Yes, this has been happening to me since Friday afternoon. Only about half of my listings are affected, but I have found a workaround. The listings are not easy to locate at first. But you can identify the "stuck" listings by downloading the active listings report from the reports tab, open the CSV and sort the report by end time and look for the past date listings. Search the items on your active listings page, verify they have no time left on the listing, end them and relist. So far I found and have repaired around 90 listings.
Though deeper investigation, I was also able to determine which listings will be affected in advance. My listings always are given listings ID numbers in one of two groups, 17xxxxxxxx or 30xxxxxxxx. For whatever reason ALL of my listings that had the item IDs in the 17xxxxxxx group are failing to relist. I have 2200 listings in that ID group, so this could be fun.
For now I am just going in a few times a day and relisting the broken ones and taking the opportunity to dust up any of the older listings. Hopefully its fixed soon.

Thanks @the-seam-store This is a really helpful workaround--I just hope the underlying issue is temporary. Fortunately, I had only a small (~100) number of items affected (so far); I'd hate to have to fix ~2,000 listings for no good reason...
Also, since I mostly sell one type of item (and thus have a common keyword in almost all my listing titles), I found that I could locate the missing listings by searching for this keyword in my active listings and sorting by time left (to find those with no time left that have not relisted).
Oddly, if you *don't* search for a specific keyword (and just try to see all your active items online (not via downloading the report)), the listings with no time left do not show up. So, you have to search for *something* to see them.
Thanks again--your advice was extremely helpful.

Thanks, @eburtonlab
That workaround solves the "sold but unsold" issue for auction items.

@self-referential Yeah, it's an odd occurence for sure.
Seems like no more listings were lost for me overnight, and listing numbers are holding firm, so hopefully it is resolved now.
