Unable to add items to cart

I am unable to add items to cart from seller cnjqtrade-7. I contacted seller, items are in stock.

Advanced search - item location pulldown menu

In Advanced search under "Item location" both the 'located in' and 'available to' pulldown menus immediately default back to Afghanistan when you choose another location. Please advise.

I type out my descriptive title and when I go to continue, it has reverted to the last item I listed
