You have to love the "standard answers, empty cache, change browser, try
incognito, etc..." when it's a rampant issue. Frustrating having to sign
in multiple times just because I went to a new page.
Using the mobile app on my phone it does allow me to sign in under the
user id arice74. so this is a desktop issue with my user id of arice 74.
