Can't Change Email Address

I have a 12% Coupon Storewide that stopped working on all my listings. It is still showing as active until January 31.
Category Problem
Listings in the category Collectibles>Tobacciana>Cigarettes are displaying as Collectibles>Tobacciana>Cigarettes>Vapor Cigarettes Collectibles>Tobacciana>Cigarettes is not appearing in the browse tree when searching.
Send offer to buyer feature not working correctly
Every time I try to send an offer to a buyer, I enter the amount as in $13 when I hit review offer it goes to the next page and the amount changes zero as in photo and it will not send an offer

Printing 4x6 format problem on ebay.ca (PC)
When I create a shipping label (with a pc) and set it as 4x6 format, the pdf always comes out 8.5x11 with the 4x6 format on it. Impossible to print the label with a 4x6 printer. The only way it can works now is buying the label directly with the ebay...

Today at 5:50 MST my ebay pictures didn't upload to the ad
Keeps showing the error when I click "Relist" button
Relist button results in an error on both mobile and desktop in Safari and Chrome. It seems like a technical error. My listing got canceled due to the buyer being a scammer. Therefore, I need to relist but the button doesn't work.
