Refund button will not generate a refund it just puts me in a loop

Buyer and seller (me) agreed on a $50 credit. This was done on the eBay forum and once everything is correct I go to the bottom and hit the refund button, and nothing happens since last night and again this morning. The buyer told me 

She had a problem hitting the except button. Need help

Is this refund you are trying to generate thru a return case?  You offered a partial refund thru the return case?
