My customer went to pay but no shipping charges were there.

I checked my auctions, one buyer bought 3 items , each had shipping charges $25, $6.52, and $6.52, he went to pay, paid for the items but wasn't charged shipping, what happened? Thanks for any help!

Unable to pay with gift cards balances
