Since Wednesday of last week when loading my purchase page it loads a few items and then it goes blank below. It has also started to happen to either of the pages as well. I've been calling them since then at least 12 times now.

First they gave me the issue was my problem. I've used both iPads and my laptop with windows 10 I've use Google Chrome etc. etc.!

Yesterday finally said that they were having issues as well. It look like it got a little better today and now it's doing it again so I called them and they deny that they have an issue at all.

Is anyone else having problems loading pages and/or having trouble bidding or buying!?

I've had the same problem for the past week, seems to be the images that are loading slowly or quite often not at all, frustrating when trying to view sellers lists or searched items only to see blank thumnails, no wonder sellers sales are falling!

I'm having the exact problem with "my eBay page" especially when using my ipad. All my other apps/other internet pages work perfectly, so it is not my ipad or my internet/wireless provider. "My eBay page" when using my desktop also has issues (but not quite so bad) -- can't add notes to the items on my watch list on the first try, using checkout is horribly slow and convoluted, and going from page to page is slooooow.

Yes, lately the pages have definitely been loading slowly for me too. Clearing the PC cache, running virus scans and defragging don't seem to correct the problem, unfortunately.

Ebay is losing business and if they are denying the problem then someone in management should take note and do whatever it takes to solve their problem. SOme searches have problems and some do come up to view.... but last few days almost every time I click on an item my screen finally says "Request Timeout" and there is zero item info there. That means I can't even purchase anything, much less view details on an item. It's just like a lazy store clerk saying, "oh, we're outta' stock on that item"... THank goodness there are other places to shop!

I have had the same problems for about 10 days on new iPad 2017. Clearing History & Cookies does NOT help. Neither does restarting device. Neither does deleting App. Totally frustrated as I seriously DISLIKE & ABHORE the App as it does not have many of the full features. What a shame! It used to work beautifully. I am buying less as I can't even see my Watch List! When many Buyers experience the same thing & it affects their Bottom Line; MAYBE they will pay attention. Signed, DISGUSTED USER

Yep same issues I've tried all the usual tips . Still slow loading or locking up.

I have had the same problem on my iPad and iPhone for at least 2 weeks and it is extremely frustrating. Please fix this Ebay!

Yes! It is just terrible on the webpages freezing since the beginning of July, 2017. It is not happening on other websites.

YES!

Cart won't load most of the time, but that's been going on for years and they have done nothing to fix it.

Now, Watch List loads VERY slowly. Any note addd or item removed triggers the same slow return to normal, so what used to take minutes each day to check/update now takes hours.

eBay Watch and Cart have gotten so bad I don't buy nearly as much any more and just go to Amazon.
