My eBay Purchase History - Notes not always loaded

On page "My eBay Purchase History" in Chrome not always load my notes for items.

I have to refresh this page several times (3-5) for loading notes.

It is very uncomfortably.

And another issue.

Under Firefox this page responds "script doesn't respond".

Under Chrome this page works (but sometimes without notes).

Any ideas ?

Now even refreshing doesn't help.
I lost all my notes for items and can't create notes for new items.

Anybody have this problem ?
