I called ebay today and asked why my return policy ,which had item must
be returned in same condition as shipped with all tags ect... Is no
longer listed and I was told that buyers know this and will follow
return policy the new ebay policy is for me...
you know ebay enough is enough either close the site which in all due
respects is closed and stop milking us sellers pretending the site is
working and it must be our imagination that sales are down site works
maybe 20% of the time. Who ever is order...
I am frustrated with ebay being dn so much but of course when call in CS
has no idea of any problem, but you Know this may be the problem also
with CS not being in loop of tech problems?? ALL changes we are
asked/told/suggested to change to make our ...
I will do that also I agree as a buyer I would want to know seller
return policy not the generic one ebay has that is not seen by buyers

having same problem cs said it was my camara , can not get a straight
answer but never an ebay problem, so disgusted will try again tomorrow
and maybe get a CS that will be truthful about problem
