yesterday it was to reaffirm my phone number. Today I cant log in on my main computer. Can't list. Using Chrome. I can move freely on my phone.

I have never used "THE GLOBAL PROGRAM" . Why does this message notice come up referring to my top rated status? ( or anything else, for that matter)
