I can't Search by title, SKU, or item number under the listing segment.

I can no longer Search by title, SKU, or item number I use this feature all the time and now it just "stares" at me when I type a SKU or TitleThanks

I'm getting a message for an offer, and when clicking on Respond Now all I get is a Ebay header with a search bar the rest is blank. I cleared all cookies ect did not help. Any ideas?
