Hundreds of positive feedback fell off in one day

My percentage went from 99.7 to 99.6 within hours,, I understand feedback falls off in 12 months, but I sell soo much, for it to drop a point like that, hundreds of positives had to have been wiped at once. Has to be some sort of glitch,, anyone else...

Selling item description will not save

I enter the item description, click to post and the description is then deleted and flagged as a problem, requiring the description to ge re entered. Then it happens again.
