Item purchased and paid with Paypal on 02/14/2025 does not appear in my purchases.

Paypal shows my payment to ebay commerce on 02/14/2025. Order #24-12709-59622, Paypal transaction ID 33H14198YD3498815.  EBay does not list it in my purchases and I never received an email confirming this purchase, it's like it never happened, but I have proof in my Paypal account. How could this happen?

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?

When I made purchase I signed in to my only eBay account which is also linked to my Paypal account. I have never  been on eBay as a guest.

If you are certain you purchased using this eBay account, perhaps the listing was removed by eBay for a policy violation. In that case, see here:

"What happens if I bought something from a seller who's been removed from eBay?
