No option to upload photos from phone

It appears ebay has yet again chaged its listing format. FOr some reason I no longer have the ability to upload photos from my cell phone. Whats up with that? Anyone have any suggestions or comments? Thanks in advance.

Can't load your cart - call or leave feedback

eBay App with iPhone X

Resolved! Returns being automatically approved

...and I don't have automated returns turned on in my account. This is the first time this has happened. Ebay approved a return for clothing that didn't fit. I didn't get to approve it like I normally do. Is this a new glitch??

Why have Announcements on My eBay Page when they aren't updated?
