I have not been able to log in for months :(

Reaching out here because I have already tried calling.  I haven't been able to log in properly on ebay for months.  It's frustrating beyond words and this is my last ditch effort to get help.  If not I'm just going to block ebay and not bother returning because it's nonsense.

I called and was argued with by the rep that it was just a lock out situation...totally wrong.  She kept saying there were no errors with my account.  Wrong!

Then I received an email not long after calling informing me that other members were having the same issues and tech support were on the scene.  Apparently not on the scene for me though because I'm still experiencing the same garbage and can't log in no matter what I try.  I have lost track of how many times I've reset my password.

This has been going on for months...if it isn't fixed by now I don't even want to bother waiting around.  Is anyone else having these issues for this long?  Any hope for a fix?

Your last sales was Apr 20th. You also have 10 items listed. How are you able to service these items if you have been 'locked' out for months?

Your FB is very low. This may be why you have not had more sales.

Try different browsers, another computer, the eBay App.

I would keep trying to get this addressed thru eBay.
