safari vs. chrome search number differences

While using Chrome (Version 65.0.3325.162) and conducting a search, I found the listing time missing while using the Gallery view but present with the List view. I thought this was a recent development however while checking the board I've found this...

New listings confirmed but never show up.

I tried posting a new listing at 5pm. Never showed up. Took it down and triedhours later, same thing. So I tried listing it again around midnight. If it's not upin the morning I give up. I'm fed up.
