When I bring up All Lists under Lists and try to add one of the items to one of my existing lists, it does nothing. It doesn't work if I try checking the check box to the left of the item and hitting the Add to List button above and it doesn't work when I select Add to List under the Actions to the right side of the item. It doesn't bring up the lists to choose from. It does nothing. I have tried this under both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and it doesn't work under either one, so it's not a browser issue.

Any ideas?

EBay is making some big changes for the spring update and things are messed up here and there. It should fix it'self.

I am having no problems with this. I use firefox, maybe that would help? You may just have to wait a bit and try again.

Very strange I am using Windows 10 with Edge & just added something to my research list
all my drop down lists are showing & allowing me to add to them without any problems
Not sure why but it is working for me with Edge

Thanks for letting me know that it is working for some.

On the item pages, I am not getting the box to pick from lists, I am only getting an Add to Watch List button.

I am not sure what is causing the difference. It may be some type of setting, but I don't know what it could be.

After doing an internet search, I found a partial solution. Someone who was having problems with ebay buttons not working said that they signed out and signed back in and things worked fine.

I tried it and it did bring back the dropdown list on my item pages so that I can add things to my lists that way.

I still can't add items from my All Lists list, but at least I found a way to do it.

When in doubt, sign out and sign back in.
