Campaign not working on the listing does not show sponsored

Dear Ebay Team, There is an issye with ebays promoted listings i make new campaign but my listing are not showing sponsored from yesterdat. could you please resolve this issue? does anyone have this issue please reply?

Message System Down

Ebay message system crashed and all messages are gone as of 10:00 P.M. MT. Message displayed states "Having problems now - Please Waste Your Time Later". So, no communications currently possible between Ebay, Buyers and Sellers.

Contact Information Sharing Policy violations with no contact information anywhere in the listing

Anyone else having problems with this. I had a listing flagged for supposedly sharing contact information. Funny thing is there is no contact information in listing except for eBay ID. Just wanted to see if anyone is having the same issue.
