eBay does not allow shipment of air gun products to your location. any one els getting this message for bb guns?

Cant bid on a bb gun I get a red bar telling me cant ship to my location. HAD TROUBLE ALSO BUYING A BB GUN SPRING.

not able to bid on a bb gun ore some bb gun parts. EBAY says cant ship my location. I live in Minnesota and have had no problems before. My son ran into the same problem yesterday trying bid on a bb gun.
