Shopping Cart NOT Handicap Friendly-

When I scroll down to delete an item(s) from my shopping cart, the page jumps back to the top. It needs to stay where I deleted an item so I may continue. Scrolling for me requires dexterity that is difficult. This is not handicap friendly.
