Return label is not correct. Can't continue with return of our order.

We recieved return label from Ebay for our order 14-12904-52354. But it's just screenshot from UPS website. Tracking number Ebay provided us is also not registered in UPS. We can't arrange collection from our address with this tracking number.

Account restricted for high BBE rate new seller only first case.

“I’ve sent multiple emails to Trust & Safety over the past week about a permanent restriction due to a BBE case, but I’ve received no reply. I’m a new seller, it was my first case, and I handled it within my policy. Can someone help escalate this?”
