Customer service server error

I’ve been trying to use the customer service chat as well as calling customer service and I get repeatedly that I can’t be helped due to a server error.

Can't make offers due to page loading error.

When I attempt to make an offer, I can submit the amount, but then the next page fails to load. This occurs across multiple devices, and clearing the cache didn't help either.

When a return is issued, the prompt says "refund and relist for free", but it won't relist the item

I noticed this happening back in February on returns/ refunds I sent. I thought it was a temporary glitch. It is still happening as of today, April 19. Attached photo shows "Your item did not relist" and makes you go in and manually relist it.
