Photo Upload Overexposed

When I upload any image it comes out very white and over exposed all of a sudden. I have no idea why. I cropped the photo to reduce the size thinking eBay was having a hard time with a larger file, but it has the same effect.

not being able to add any variations to listings

Hi i am just wonder if there is any update to why ive not been able to add any variations to my jeans multi listings since the 4th November now been 13 days and its now really affecting my listing as a small seller.

Saved Drafts Disappeared today 11/15/19
