“Offer cannot be submitted”

eBay once in a while let’s me send offers to interested buyers. When I’m about to send the offer I get “Offer cannot be submitted”. Does anyone knows why it shows this error? I couldn’t find anything that answers this issue. Meanwhile is still showing Send offer to buyers. I have two and both I get the same error.  I have others offers I was able to send successfully.

Now and then I will get this message when I send an offer to an account I have blocked. But it also disappears from the prospects list, so perhaps this is something else.

The buyer could have their settings to where they don't want offers.

I have had two complaints over the last couple of days where a buyer tells me they are trying to accept my offer but it errors out on them. Calling ebay today...again

Yes this is happening right now to me, a buyer, on 2 different items.  I click Accept offer, and nothing happens.  Both on phone app and on PC.....Any solutions?

I do not think they are ever going to get this site fixed when it comes to offers and customer making payments.

Billion dollar company, can’t fix a glitch that any run of the mill IT person can. Sad!
