I'm going to guess here that you used the online price checker to set
the amount you charged without entering the package dimensions, but that
when you shipped the package was larger than the recently updated USPS
limits and so you got hit with the o...
Just don't reply. It is literally against the rules (and can result in
suspension) for you to communicate with them by any other means. And
they are setting you up for a claim that you never sent the items, or
equivalent.
