eBay started corrupted picture file last week- not resolved. Also parcel tracking issue

eBay after a week is still having the corrupted file picture file upload issue. When will ebay resolve this. My camera is not connected to the internet picking up a virus. Also, it is back after 6 months. When looking up postal tracking info, the page may lock up. PITA to do a copy-paste at the shippers site.

I have had this issue from time to time using edge as the browser. Usually it happens when they  are running updates. Refreshing the page sometimes helps but be sure to check to make sure no data or info is lost after refreshing. Most of the time the listing form auto saves right away but if it hasn't when you refresh the changes you made could get lost. I have also noticed switching my browser to chrome it usually happens less.
