For the past week or so Fedex labels will not adjust to fit my labels. I have tried making adjustments on my end, but they will only print as portrait.
Because of this every Fedex label is now using two labels instead of one because it is printing into the second label on each sheet. This is wasteful and adds to my cost.
Browser used is Google Chrome.

@Anonymous
How many sellers know the workaround? Where can they find it?
On a general basis.........you are correct that there is alot of frustration on ebay and not just on this issue.

Hi @dhbookds, any seller on this thread can review the workaround details posted. If a seller has a question about this process, they can contact Customer Service for assistance; based on the low number of contacts we've received on this topic, the majority of sellers likely do not need a workaround or have discovered steps on their own. If you see anyone asking about this topic, you are welcome to direct them to this thread.

Thanks Trinton for your explanation,
Unfortunately in the real business world- a situation like this would have never even happened. If nobody want the label s in half sheet format, why is it provided for USPS? When the people making these changes or "improvements" do not have any understanding of what its customers want or actually need, its time for massive team management/ leadership change. It seems like almost every dept is making poorer and poorer decisions and changes.
Sadly Ebay is only leaving us sellers with one voice- our business...... If they do not understand what we need, will not listen to what we need, and do not care what we need- then we as customers will voice our complains by leaving the site. For the first time ever two weeks ago- we made the decision to start listing an portion of our new products on Macari, FB Marketplace, and etsy. To be completely honest - its the last thing that I wanted to do- I would love to only have to manage ONE marketplace account but Ebay has driven me to it.......

Hi @siamjane8, as I've stated in previous responses, we agree with you. The label format you are asking for is also something we are asking for. Our FedEx label process is provided by a third party company, in much the same way that our eBay Community is provided by a third party company. Our shipping teams are aware of the format changes being discussed here and have passed along these requests. We understand what you need, we have taken steps to meet this need, and nothing more can be done at this time.

Thanks Trinton- I understand. Although what seams odd is - I assume that the 3rd party is not doing it for free. Ebay has contracted their services and therefore should not have to ask- they should state what they want and let them know that if it is not done that they will find another company that will. Ebay is the customer in this case. Is this problem of ebay simply contracting the cheapest bidder in a third world country that does not understand what we need or what industry standard is?
Please believe me that I am not trying to be argumentative- just at wits end with the situation. BTW- if they roll the search engine back 2 years to when it actually showed buyers what they search for and not unrelated trinkets- I'll be happy printing my fedex label inside out and in purple just to have sales back to what they were before the updates! lol - just a little playful ribbing about a serious problem lol
Thanks again for your help on the boards

Hi @siamjane8, I'm happy to help in any way I can and assure you, if there was more that could be done in this situation then I would work to deliver changes for our sellers. In the meantime, I can only offer the following analogy: sellers contract with shipping companies to deliver items on their behalf, but this doesn't mean a seller can fire the shipping courier if there is a slight delay in delivery, or that they can demand compensation for a lost package if they did not purchase insurance for that package. Contracting with a third party does not mean they have to do everything you say exactly when you say, but instead means they have to deliver the service you have purchased and reasonably address any issues that arise that fall under the service you have contracted them for.
At this time, I will be locking this thread from further discussion. I know everyone is frustrated with the current functionality of this tool and will confirm one final time that we are on the same page with you about what changes you would like to see implemented. I've made an effort to be transparent with this situation and provide additional context as to why you have not seen the enhancements you are looking for, and appreciate everyone's patience in this process.
