Email notifications from eBay

Since yesterday I have not been receiving "sold" emails, nor am I getting emails when a buyer is sending me a message - not receiving them on my computer nor on my phone.  It started suddenly yesterday when a buyer bought 2 items from me.  I received a sold notification for the first one, but not the second.  Then this morning I made another sale, but no email notification.  Now a buyer asked me a question but, again, only saw the notification in the app, not in an email.  I am still receiving the "your shipping label is ready" emails with no problem.  Anybody else having this problem?

Are you not checking your 'My Ebay' (Seller Hub) for 'sold' items? 

Waiting on, hoping on, banking on' emails is NOT how a seller should handle things.

In the past day, I haven't had any missed emails regarding my own sales, but have had one shipping label email never show up and an order confirmation for something I bought never show up.

I am having similar issues, emails for sold items, and auctions I have won are not being received.

I suggest anybody experiencing this problem should use the very easy method for reporting a technical problem as outlined here:

The more people reporting, the more likely eBay is to take notice and fix it.

Same here. Still getting most "sold" and "offer" emails, but not all and no buyer message emails.  (Also had some new listings that aren't showing up in searches, even by the item numbers. Not sure if that's related, but it started at the same time.)

Have had the same issue for a few days. Will receive payout emails and emails about my items being listed, but am no longer getting emails about sold items or shipping labels. It started abruptly for me when I was paying for a couple shipping labels. I got the email for one, and not the other, and since haven't received any emails for the sold items or shipping labels. I checked my email notification settings to make sure there wasn't an issue there, and am still having the issue. Quite annoying as I have a system where I used sold item emails as a way to quickly see what has not yet been delivered.

I'm also having the same issue here, didn't receive any email notifications from ebay regarding payout, sold items, and shipping labels started yesterday 12/27/24.

Me too!  No payout emails, or notices of sales or messages yesterday or last night.

Same issue. Fourth sale now and no sold emails received. Started yesterday, 12/27.

Same here.  Not receiving Sold, Shipping Labels, or Payout emails.  Received 3 out of 4 messages from other users, so 1 was missing.  But all of my Sales & Shipping emails are missing, started today or yesterday.

After about 30 minutes of searching I found this link https://commspreferences.ebay.com/commsprefs in my Ebay.  Apparently during one of the software updates to ebay some of the selections got changed.  I just checked them all.....we'll see it that fixes the problem.

I'm having the same issue and it also started on 12/27 for me. I got one item has been sold email but not others that were sold before and after it, and also haven't received shipping label emails. I just reported the issue as wastingtime101 suggested and will just have to stay on top of checking the website to make sure I don't miss anything. (And before anyone asks, no, they aren't in my spam folder - already checked).

Yes.  I am having  the exact same issue.  On 12/26 I only received one e-mail out of 4 items sold.  On 12/27 I received 3 e-mails for 6 items sold.  On 12/28 I received 0 e-mails for the items I sold.

I received notifications from the app for all of the items (so my phone dinged), but i did not receive the e-mails.

It's a bit annoying because I usually keep the sold e-mails as part of my business records.

This seems to be a widespread issue.  Is it being looked into?
