Can't add items to an existing markdown sale -- Save and Review button doesn't click

I have many existing markdown sales. All of a sudden, I am unable to add new items to any of my existing sales When I select additional items and click the blue Save & Review button, nothing happens when I click the button. I have been in an extended chat with an agent and we have tried clearing cache and cookies, using a different browser, and going incognito in my browser. So far, nothing has helped.  

The only way I am able to put more items on sale now is to create new markdown sales from scratch, rather than just adding to the ones I already have.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

This is particularly frustrating as I want to put many more things on sale for the Labor Day. I hope Ebay can fix this before then!

Is this a known issue? Is someone on eBay working to fix? The agent I chatted with didn't know.

I'm having same problem. Looks like ebay changed the item limit on sales from 500 to 1500, which I'm sure is what caused the problem. Everytime they change something, they mess something else up.

Anybody find a work around? Yesterday I was able to refresh a bunch and eventually it would work. No luck with anything today though.

Same here - started today.

Only way to get those items within a 'sale event' is to create a new sale.

Hopefully Ebay will get this fixed soon or else we'll have like 100 sales running...

The OP mentioned she can add items but has to create a new mark down sale Im not sure if that’s the case or still the case. Im having the same problem in collectibles.

I'm in the same boat. Please fix this eBay. This is a key week for the kind of items I sell.

Yes, you can create a new sale and add items to that one but then after you launch that new sale, you are not able to add any more items to it!  This is a HUGE problem for me!  I rely on these markdown sales....I add more items to the each day as items reach their 30 day mark....

Still not working.... so I figure it's the weekend and nothing will be resolved until Monday..... sick of sucking it up because of eBay making changes that not only affect this specific problem but also cascades down through everything.  So many other problems... why do they keep tweaking stuff that doesn't need to be "fixed".

I thought this would be fixed by now, I guess I'm a wishful thinker.   I wasted way to much time trying to figure out why it wasn't working before I realized that it was an Ebay glitch.  I thought something was going on with my internet.  Even though I have a small store, I really don't want to have to take the time to recreate new sales to add a few items.   This is my first time in Technical Issues Community.  Does Ebay ever come in and say if they are aware of a problem and are working on it?  Or do you just wait it out testing it periodically?

@cherivee Yes, sometimes an eBay community moderator will come on and say they know about an issue and are working on it. Earlier on this thread copied two moderators onto the thread, but so far, neither has said anything. It is so frustrating wasting time thinking the problem is on your end, isn't it? So often, it turns out not to be on the user end, but it's an eBay technical issue. Sigh.....

Still happening here... I can create a new sale but can't edit / add items to existing sales.  Anyone having any luck?
