Action Service Framework Error

Anyone know how to resolve this error when listing:

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

The job context object is not supported by Action Service Framework.

Receiving the message "It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

• The job context object is not supported by Action Service Framework."
  When I try to list from inventory or create a new listing via duplicating and then editing and submitting.
  
  
• Currently just creating drafts and copying and pasting info across where possible and then successfully submitting the draft. 
  
  
• I tried saving the newly listed item that I created via draft as inventory via the save to inventory button, but the same message came up''It looks like there's a problem with this listing.The job context object is not supported by Action Service Framework.
  • Talked to ebay help this morning. He had no idea. Was nice and polite etc but could not figure it out. He successfully listed items from my inventory from his end but when I tried it failed again.
• He requested a screenshot of the error. I have sent it and he will get back to me after reassuring me that the IT team are on it.
• After 12 years of dealing with the high efficiency of ebay and how they so wonderfully treat sellers.....  I have  learnt not to stress when things go wrong and just refocus more on selling via other avenues and just use ebay as a bit of spare income. There are easier and less expensive ways to get customers.

There are ways around it. Read some of the threads on this and they will help you keep listing until ebay sorts it out.

It happens all the time to me. They tell you to switch browsers TO BRUSH you off..   I tried different browsers and my security says the framework is not working correctly as eBay has been hacked, and they won't tell the truth to users..  My computer repair company gained excess from my computer, and they also say the site is not operating correctly and is likely hacked as my security program says all your information will be compromised. I want to stop using it now.. My advice is they should warn users of this hack..Not brush off users when they call about this problem...

A week after this bug started, I called eBay UK CS for an update as to when it will be fixed.

I was told that this is a worldwide issue affecting many sellers and it currently it is the second highest priority technical issue they are looking at and has a 20 day timescale for a fix on it (from 23/05)!

Ebay really need to employ some better IT staff. They seem to live by the motto 'if it ain't broke, break it'.

i have have had problems with the eBay inventory system for over a year. No body know anything when you call support. None of the "work arounds" have NOT worked for me on this board! Also I have problems with the business policies with no help. All my shipping policies with UPS and local pickup do not display correctly! Local pickup does not show up! Every time eBay changes something, like the "good to cancelled" **bleep** they just did they create other issues!

It worked! I tried duplicate, as that's what I normally do when some but not all attributes are the same, but didn't try "duplicate as". You can't use the original template, you can't use "duplicate", but you can use "duplicate as". Thanks for that tip. That saves me a LOT of time.

UPDATE:
Day 4 of this problem and second contact with ebay cust services
They have taken more info and when I said I had seen more comments regards the issue on the forums to tell people to also ring them up so more complaints will  get action quicker

So people - make sure you ring up again and lets hope the issue is resolved soon

It is fixed for me today June 1st!!!! Hope it is for everyone else too.
